While the color black is usually associated with ninja costumes, other colors have become popular when it comes to Halloween costumes. Of course this doesn't mean those colors were used by ninjas as, if you read other pages of your site, you might now know that those ninja uniforms were mostly an invention for entertainment purpose, from books to movies and tv shows, as real ninjas were dressing up as everyday people to blend in. When it comes to dressing up as a ninja, you have the choice between several colors, depending on your personality or mood: Black of course is a synonymous for dark and dangerous, which is a good color to represent professional assassins and it certainly looks good. However other colors have become popular: White: seems to represent good ninjas in people's mind, which might give you good conscience. Red is often used by women and it can be associated with lust (sexy costumes) or evil. Blue is more of a neutral color for those who do not perceive black, red and white as fitting their personality.
